    聚丙烯腈质量指标软测量模型的数据动态校核

    Data Dynamic Reconciliation for Quality Index Software Detecting Model of Polyacrylonitrile

    • 摘要: 针对聚丙烯腈连续生产中聚合反应过程与时间存在的分布函数关系,将质量指标软测量模型的输入数据按照聚合时间进行加权处理,对质量指标软测量模型的输出值-估计结果进行滑动平衡。现场生产运行结果表明,经过动态校核的输入输出数据,软测量精度大大提高,估计结果稳定,为其他聚合反应测量模型的数据动态校核提供了一种有效的方法。

       

      Abstract: The input data is weighted in terms of the distributed connection for polymeric process and polymeric time, and the estimated results are glidingly averaged, so that software detecting precision is greatly improved and estimated results are considerably stable in a quality index software detecting model of polyacrylonitrile. Satisfactory field running results testify the necessity of data dynamic reconciliation.
