    Performance of Chemical Heat Pump Packed with A New Adsorption Material

    • 摘要: 对采用新型IMPEX材料制造的化学热泵进行了实验研究,测定了不同操作条件下SrCL2-NH3吸附体系的反应速率,分析了反应推动力对反应速率的影响,测量了化学热泵的单程功率。实验表明,这种新型材料改善了床层的传热性能,同时也证实了SrCl2-NH3是较为理想的吸附体系。

       

      Abstract: A newly developed material IMPEX, a monolithic adsorbent for NH_3 adsorption/desorption, is applied for residual heat recovery in chemical heat pump. Experimental studies have been made on the enhancement of heat transfer using IMPEX. Reaction rates of the SrCl_2-NH_3 system under several operating conditions are measured to explore the effect of the reaction driving force on the rate. The experiment has shown that IMPEX can greatly improve the heat conductivity in the reactor. It is also shown that SrCl_2-NH_3 is a proper adsorption/desorption system for residual heat recovery.
