    Effect of Different Organic Nitrogen Sources on Inosine Biosynthesis

    • 摘要: 通过研究不同有机氮源对肌苷合成的影响,结合蛋白、核酸及菌体生长的分析测定,结果显示:国产酵母膏A是肌苷发酵的理想氮源。此外,由于国产酵母膏A部分可溶,其水解出的氨基酸的碳骨架可能作为前体物质直接进入糖酵解和三羧酸途径,使得以国产酵母膏A为氮源时肌苷生产期的呼吸熵(RQ)由1.0降至0.6左右,从而促进了肌苷的合成,糖苷转化率由原来的15%提高至29%。

       

      Abstract: Effect of different organic nitrogen sources on inosine biosysnthesis was investigated through the analysis of proteins,nucleic acids and biomass.Results show that domestic yeast extract A can be the ideal nitrogen source for inosine fermentation.In addition,with its partial solubility,the carbon chain of amino acids hydrolysed from domestic yeast A believed to be the precursors to glycolysis pathway and tricarboxylic acid cycle.Usage of domestic extract A as nitrogen source results in the decrease of the respiration quotient(RQ) value from 1.0 to 0.6 during the inosine production phase and inosine production is elevated correspondingly.The yield coefficient of inosine to glucose increases from 15% to 29%.
