    Liquid Film Waves in a Trickle-bed Reactor under Low Gas and Liquid Superficial Velocity

    • 摘要: 通过点电极检测到滴流床反应器内在滴流流型下流膜波动现象,对此波动实验数据进行频谱分析,其约为3Hz强相互作用流型下电导的变化也有该频率成分,应用气体质量、动量守衡方程描述气体在滴汉床反应器内的流动,数值计算表明气体压力存在波动,籍此可以解释小气液流量下液膜波动发生的物理机理。

       

      Abstract: Liquid film waves are recorded by local conductance probe method in a trickle bed reactor under trickling regime. Frequency spectrum analysis of the conductance time series shows that the frequency is about 3Hz. It is also the same frequency in the conductance time series measured under pulse flow regime. To explain this phenomenon, a group of model equations of gas are applied to describe the state variable of gas passing the packed column. Numerical results provide evidence to the origin of the liquid film wave. The small amplitude variance of the gas pressure over the liquid film may cause this phenomenon.
