    Propylene Oxide Production from Propylene by Immobilized Whole Cell of Methanotroph Z201

    • 摘要: 找到了合适的包埋材料卡拉胶;探索了固定化操作的工艺条件;研究了pH、温度、激活剂浓度和磷酸盐缓冲液离子强度对丙烯反应的影响,得出了固定化细胞单加氧酶的动力学常数及酶活力变化曲线。包埋后的细胞酶活力达游离细胞的94.9%,其半衰期为1.5d。固定化细胞的酶活力在10d后仍占游离细胞的10%。

       

      Abstract: Immobilized methanotroph Z201 whole cell for producing propylene oxide from propylene was studied.Carrageenan was found Suitable to entrap those whole cells and condi-tions of immobilization were searched for. The effects of pH, temperature,activator and phosphate concentration on propylene oxide production by immobilized whole cells were plotted and the kinetic constants of monooxygenase of immobilized cells were gained.The enzyme activity of entrapped cells reached 94.9%of free cells and still reached 10%10 days later, and its half-life was 1.5 days.
