    • 摘要: 丙烯腈装置中丙烯氨的氧化反应过程及丙烯与空气配比是提高丙烯转化率和丙烯腈收率的关键,从而实现资源高效合理利用。本文对某丙烯腈厂的空气压缩机组进行蒸汽能耗分析,为了获得变工况条件下蒸汽能耗与流程参数如压力、流量、转速、轴功率变化的耦合关系,首先分析了汽轮机、离心压缩机的数学模型,然后运用相似原理推导出了不同转速下空气压缩机的特性曲线,并根据关联式计算了空气压缩机组在不同转速与放空阀开度时的蒸汽能耗使用情况,为企业降低空气压缩机组运行成本提供了参考依据。

       

      Abstract: In the propene ammoxidation reaction of acrylonitrile unit, feed mole ratio for propene and air is essential for improving conversion rate of propene and yield of acrylonitrile. Thus, refineries realize efficient and reasonable utilization of energy. In this paper, the steam consumption of air compressor group was analyzed for acrylonitrile unit. In order to obtain coupling relationship between steam consumption and variation of the process parameters pressure, flow, rotate speed, axis power at off design conditions, the mathematical models of turbine and centrifugal compressor were analyzed. The characteristic curve of air compressor was obtained by applying similar principle. The results show the trend of steam consumption with adjusting rotate speed and atmospheric valve. It provides reference for reducing running cost of air compressor.
