    单畴晶纳米四氧化三铁粒子的制备及其在磁共振成像中的应用

    Preparation of the SingleDomain Crystal Fe3O4 Nanoparticles and Its Application in MRI

    • 摘要: 采用共沉淀法制备了包覆油酸钠的超顺磁性纳米Fe3O4粒子,主要研究了搅拌强度、加料方式、温度、料液浓度等因素对Fe3O4粒径的影响。对包覆油酸钠的纳米Fe3O4粒子采用葡聚糖进行表面处理后制备成靶向复合纳米粒子,考察了复合粒子的特异性浓聚效果。结果表明:在转速为7 000 r/min的高速剪切机里,当温度为70 ℃,FeCl2的浓度为01 mol/L时,所制备的单层包覆油酸钠的纳米Fe3O4粒子平均粒径为8 nm,为单畴晶并具有超顺磁性。靶向纳米复合Fe3O4粒子可以特异性聚集于肿瘤部位,浓聚效果是生理盐水的213倍。

       

      Abstract: Fe3O4 nanoparticles coated by oleate were prepared by means of coprecipitation method. The influence of temperature, concentration, stirring speed and feeding method on particle′s size was studied. Then the particles were coated with dextran for the second layer, and coupled with polypeptide to apply in Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI). The results showed that the particles obtained under stirring speed of 7 000 r/min, temperature of 70 ℃ and FeCl2 concentration of 01 mol/L were about 8 nm in size and superparamagetic with singledomain crystal structure. The composite Fe3O4 particles can specifically gather in the tumor with the concentration of 213 times of physiological saline.
