    催化剂中毒区域感染模型的实验验证

    Experimental Verification of the Infected Zone Model for the Chemical Poisoning of Catalyst

    • 摘要: 以甲烷化反应为模型研究了H2S对Ni表面的中毒效应,并以此对催化剂中毒区域感染模型(IZM)作了实验验证。通过对实验数据的拟合,求取了模型参数δ0值,并籍此对中毒机理进行了讨论,同时对指数项的物理意义作了进一步阐明。

       

      Abstract: The poisoning of H 2S on Ni foil catalyst for the methanation reaction was investigated. The infected zone model (IZM) was checked using the data obtained from the poisoning experiments and the model parameters was estimated by the simulation of IZM from the experimental data. Based upon the estimated value of the model parameter, the poisoning mechanism and the physical meaning of the exponent of the model equation were discussed.
