    Study on the Molybdenum Dialkyldithiocarbamates as Tapping Oil Additive

    • 摘要: 用二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼和氯化石蜡等添加剂调制的攻丝油,经四球机及Falex机作磨损试验,结果表明,具有优异的抗磨性能。四球钢球磨损直径D_(30min)~(588N)=0.46mm,Falex机攻丝扭矩为6.879 N·m。经上海照相机总厂应用试验,用不锈钢材料(1Cr18)攻丝25 000次以上,丝锥不位移磨损,超过了该厂所要求的攻丝7 000次的指标。

       

      Abstract: The tapping oil was prepared by compounding molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamates with cholride paraffine hydrocarbon, etc. The results obtained by the Four-Ball and Falex tapping torque test showed that the tapping oil prepared possesses excellent anti-wear, reducing friction performances, and the tapping time of each bit for stainless steel material (1 Cr 18) at Shanghai Camera Factory is above 25000, well surpassing the required 7000 by the factory.
