    Chemical Analysis Method of Electric Oxidation of Glyoxal to Glyoxalic Acid

    • 摘要: 乙二醛阳极氧化制乙醛酸的电解液可用简便的化学分析法测定,其中草酸的定量可用钙盐沉淀后用高锰酸钾法测定;乙二醛的定量用坎屁查罗反应后用标准酸测定;醛总量用亚硫酸纳法测定,乙醛酸的定量用醛总量减乙二醛的量。

       

      Abstract: A convenient chemical method for determination of electrolyte of glyoxal was reported. The electrolyte contains four components: glyoxal, glyoxalic acid, oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid. The concentration of glyoxal can be determined by the Cannizzaro reaction; oxalic acid can be separated by precipitation, and the dissolved precipitate was titrated by potassium permanganate; the concentration of glyoxalic acid can be determined by the volumetric method of sodium sulfite; hydrochloric acid can be determined by the total acid minus oxalic acid and glyoxalic acid.
