Abstract: The complex optimization policy of delayed coking has been successfully developed, which included using the optimized temperature of DCOS as basic setpoint value of furnace outlet temperature, and program controlled furnace outlet temperature and quench oil flow rate on line. The achievements have been successfully used in delayed coking in Shanghai Refinery.
