Abstract:
Intrinsic kinetics of hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of light fraction of used tire pyrolysis oil over the FH-98 catalyst was studied in a micro-fixed bed reactor during the stage with stable catalyst activity and without internal and external diffusion. The effects of reaction temperature (563.15-643.15 K) and reaction pressure (1.0-3.0 MPa) on HDS were investigated. The results showed that the increase of reaction temperature and pressure was favorable to the HDS reaction. The kinetic model was significantly reliable through F test and relative error analysis. Thus, it was suitable to describe the intrinsic kinetics of HDS of light fraction of used tire pyrolysis oil over the FH-98 catalyst.
