    Microcomputer-based programmable controller of temperature

    • 摘要: 研制成功的微机程序温度控制仪,能按照微机存贮器中所给定的温度模式自动地控制炉温。这个温度模式可以模拟任何曲线或函数,可调出执行,也可根据需要进行改写。仪器上装有16位数码显示管,能够实时地显示编程过程和运行过程。此外,采用了非线性校正和PID调节规律。本仪器在炉温控制方面,为科研和生产提供了有力的手段。

       

      Abstract: The microcomputer-based programmable controller of temperature has been researched and manufactured to perform automatic control of the furnace temperature according to the given temperature patterns stored in memory of the microcomputer. The patterns can simulate any curves or functions, and can be called for execution or rewritten if necessary. The 16 light digital tubs mounted on the controller can display the programming process and running process in real time. The nonlinear correction and PID control law have been accepted. This controller gives a good tool for research and production in view of temperature control of furnace.
