    Investigation of Fluid Circulation and Oxygen Transfer in Animal Cell Culture Bioreactors

    • 摘要: 本文研究了Celligen细胞培养反应器的循环性能和氧传递规律,发现按几何比例放大,循环性能仅与转速有关。氧的传递速率受转速影响很小,是搅拌器丝网面积和通气量的函数。根据实验数据,建立了提升筒中的流动、氧的传递的关联式。

       

      Abstract: Fluid circulation and oxygen transfer process in Celligen bioreactor have been investigated in this paper. Fluid circulation is only related to the rotating rate of impeller during the scaling-up of the bioreactors demensionally. Oxygen transfer, on which the rotating rate of impeller has little effect, is obviously affected by the screen area of the impeller and degree of aeration, and their correlations have been presented.
