    梧桐花粉主要变反原的分离纯化

    Investigation on Purification of Major Allergen in Platanus Hispanica Pollen

    • 摘要: 以离子交换和凝胶过滤层析对梧桐花粉变应原进行分离和纯化,采用生物素-链霉亲和素酶联免疫吸附分析法(BSA-ELISA)测定其抗原活性,得到两个具高活性的单一变应原组分PT13和PT53。经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测得它们的分子质量分别为20ku和18ku。

       

      Abstract: Two major allergens PT 13 and PT 53 in platanus hispanica pollen were isolated and purified by ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography. The bioactivity was identified by BSA ELISA which showed the highest allergenic activity. Their molecular weights determined by SDS PAGE were 20 ku and 18 ku respectively.
