    苯酚生物降解动力学极限浓度的测定

    Evaluation of the Kinetic Threshold Concentration of Phenol Biodegradation

    • 摘要: 从动力学和热力学角度研究表明,有机物的生物降解存在极限浓度(Smin),本文以苯酚为目标有机物,利用经过驯化的活性污泥,通过测定动力学参数Ks,μm,qmax,Y等,计算了其生物降解动力学极限浓度为0.022mg/L。并通过间歇试验进行了验证。

       

      Abstract: Threshold concentrations of biodegradation exist and must be considered in biological process, and these limits may be related to reactio n kinetics and thermodynamics. This paper provided a method to evaluate the kinet ic threshold concentration of phenol biodegradation. The results show that the minimum concentration value is 0.022 mg/L, which is validated with batch exp eriments.
