    Influence of Impurities Co, Ni, Pb and Cd on Electrolytic Production of High Purity Iron

    • 摘要: 研究了杂质Co、Ni、Pb、Cd在氯化物电解质溶液和硫酸盐电解质溶液中对撮高纯度电解铁的影响。发现:Fe的电沉积有较大的过电位,该过电痊随浴液的种类和温度的不同而不同。Fe-Co、Fe-Ni和Fe-Cd的电沉积属于异常型共沉积。Pb在两种电解质溶液中的电化学行为不同,只有用硫酸盐电解质溶液,电解铁中Pb的含量才能降低。

       

      Abstract: The influences of minim Co,Ni,Pb and Cd on electrolytic production of iron in chloride and sulfate baths are studied. The experimental data show that the deposition of iron proceeds with significant overvoltage, which depends on the type of electrolyte and temperature. The deposition of Fe Co and Fe Ni as well as Fe Cd is anomalous co deposition type. The deposition behaviors of Pb in chloride and in sulfate baths are different. Only in the sulfate baths, content of Pb in electrolyzed Fe is lower than it is in the bath.
