    Numerical Simulation of the Flow and Heat Transfer of Melten Glass in the Forehearth for Direct-Melt Spinning Glass Fibre

    • 摘要: 通过对池窑拉丝通路内玻璃液流动和传热的分析,建立了池窑拉丝道路纵剖面内玻璃液流动和传热的二维数学模型。其数值计算结果与现场实测数据和物理模拟试验数据吻合得较好。根据计算机数值计算的结果,对拉丝通路的结构改进和合理操作提供了理论依据和一些有实用价值的建议。

       

      Abstract: A two-dimensional mathematical model of the flow and heat transfer of mehen glass in the central longitudinal cross-section of forehearth has been proposed and the results from it coincide with the results of the on-the-spot test and of the physical model. With the computer-calculated analysis of the mathematical model, some profitable opinions to the improvement of the operation of practical production and the forehearth construction have been proposed.
