Abstract:
Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was respectively extracted from the same batch of medicinal material by coupling percolationadsorption and heat extraction method, and the extracts were analyzed by HPLC to observe the influences of different extract methods and temperatures on the content of salvianolic acid B (Sal B), the extraction ratio of Sal B and the chromatography spectrum. The results indicated that there exists the highest content of Sal B in the extracts and few smallmolecular phenolic acid compounds when the coupling percolationadsorption technology was used, while the sort and content of smallmolecular phenolic acids increased with the extract temperature (from 60 ℃ to 100 ℃) if the heat extraction method was applied. The content and extraction ratio of Sal B decreased firstly and increased later with the rising of the extract temperature, and both of them reach the maximum at 100 ℃. It was suggested that the appropriate extraction method and process condition should be chosen according to requirements on quality and safety of the watersoluble extract and preparations of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
