    Predictive Functional Control of Chamber Pressure of Coking Furnace

    • 摘要: 针对工业P ID控制器不能很好兼顾抗干扰性与鲁棒性的缺点,将预测函数控制(PFC)与P ID控制相结合,提出一种具有PFC-P ID控制结构的新型预测函数控制器并成功地应用到工业焦化加热炉炉膛压力的控制中。由于其控制策略实现了目标和控制的分层,因此其控制效果要优于仅存在P ID控制的情形。实际工业应用表明了该方法的有效性。

       

      Abstract: Combination of predictive functional control and PID control of chamber pressure of industrial coking furnace is designed to over come the shortcomings of traditional PID controller in dealing with disturbance rejection and robustness.Its control performance is superior to single PID control method(because) the goal and control are separated in the control strategy.Real-time results show its efficiency.
