    The behavior of dissolution of two polymorphous disperse dyes in aqueous medium and in dyeing bath

    • 摘要: 对a、b晶型的C.I.分散红225和C.I.分散红167的溶解度测试及溶解热计算,发现,它们在染浴中的溶解行为不同于在水中的溶解行为。造成两者有差别的主要因素如下: 1.颗粒大小的不同; 2.界面能对体相化学位的影响; 3.染料晶型对溶解度的影响。

       

      Abstract: From the experimental determination of the solubility of C. I. Disperse Red 225 and 167 and also from the calculating data of their heats of solution, it was found that the two disperse dyes would show different behavior in aqueous medium and in dye bath.These differences are believed to be aroused by the following causes, they are:1. the state of the particles size;2. the effect of interfacial energy on the chemical potential of the bulk phase;3. the effect of the modifications on the solubility.
