Scheduling for Continuous Production Processes with Demand Uncertainty

摘要: 研究了需求量不确定条件下连续工业生产过程的生产调度问题,并考虑了定单的交货期窗约束,采用三角模糊数描述不确定性,建立了需求量不确定条件下的模糊调度数学模型,并给出了基于遗传算法的优化方法,仿真试验验证了方法的有效性。Abstract: In this paper, an effective fuzzy scheduling model is presented, which is used to solve scheduling for continuous production processes with demand uncertainty, and a due-data windows for (orders) is considered. A trangular fuzzy number is used to represent the uncertainty, and a genetic algorithm is given to solve the model. Simulation results illustrated the efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
