    肌腱生物反应器的开发与组织工程肌腱的构建

    • 摘要: 分析了骨骼肌和气动肌腱的力学特点,确定以能模拟肌肉运动的气动肌腱作为肌腱生物反应器的动力元件,并开发肌腱生物反应器的控制系统和测量系统的软硬件,设计细胞培养室及换液系统,形成了一套完整的肌腱生物反应器系统。采用鸡的趾深屈肌腱细胞构建组织工程肌腱。通过工程化肌腱的构建实验表明:整个肌腱生物反应器系统运行良好,并能成功培养组织工程肌腱达12周。

       

      Abstract: Comparing skeletal muscle with pneumatic muscle actuator, the mechanical characteristic of pneumatic muscle actuator was similar to that of skeletal muscle. The pneumatic muscle actuator was used as dynamic element. The hardware and software of control and measurement systems were designed and developed. The engineered tendon was constructed with the tendon bioreactor. The experimental results on tissue engineered tendon indicated that running of this newly designed tendon bioreactor was stable, convenient and safe. Tissue engineered tendon could be constructed for up to 12 weeks.
