    超支化聚酯助剂对PAN静电纺丝行为的影响

    Effect of Hyperbranched Polyesters Additives on Electrospining Behavior of Polyacrylonitrile

    • 摘要: 分别用正癸醇及全氟辛基乙醇对超支化聚酯Boltern H20进行表面修饰,得到了两种新化合物H20-g-C10和H20-g-PFOE,并按其相对于聚丙烯腈(PAN)质量分数为1%、5%、10%的比例分别加入到w(PAN)=10%的PAN/DMF纺丝液中进行静电纺丝研究。结果表明上述两种超支化聚酯均可以有效抑制低浓度下串珠的生成,并探讨了不同质量分数的超支化聚酯对纤维形态的影响。

       

      Abstract: Hyperbranched polyester Boltern H20 was modified with decanol and 2-perfluorooctyl ethanol to produce alkyl-modified and fluoride-modified H20 derivatives H20-g-C10 and H20-g-PFOE. The electrospun fibers from w(PAN)=10% PAN/DMF solutions containing w=1%, 5%, 10%(with aspect to PAN)H20 derivatives were uniform without any beads. The influence of fraction of these modified hyperbranched polyesters on morphology of electrospun fibers was investigated.
