    聚酯缩聚反应过程分子量分布的优化控制

    Optimizing Control of Molecular Weight Distribution in a Polyester Condensation Process

    • 摘要: 介绍了一个工业化聚酯(PET)生产过程中的分子量分布模型。选择影响指标的主要工艺参数作为决策变量,以产品理想分子量分布为目标,采用序贯二次规划(SQP)算法对缩聚生产过程进行优化控制。应用仿真结果表明,工艺优化值和输出指标与工艺分析数据吻合。

       

      Abstract: A molecular weight distribution(WMD) model for the polycondensation process in PET production is developed. Selecting main operating parameters as decision variables and desired WMD as control goal, polycondensation production process is controlled by sequential quadratic programming(SQP) algorithm. The application results show that the optimized manipulated parameter and output quality are consistent with the industrial analysis data.
