    Calculation of Catalyst Efficiency Factorin Parallel Reactions of Methanol Synthesis by Eigenfunction Method

    • 摘要: 由CO、CO2加氢合成甲醇的反应是一个复合反应体系,其催化剂颗粒内的浓度分布的表征方程为二阶常微分方程组。本文针对所涉及方程的特殊性,运用特征函数法,采用双曲型的动力学方程得到效率因子的数值解,并与实验数据进行对比,吻合良好。

       

      Abstract: The hydrogenation reaction of CO and CO2 to synthesize methanol is a multiple reaction system. The distributions of concentrations are described by second order ordinary differential equations.The Eighenfunction method is used to solve the differential equations in terms of the characteristic of the system. In this paper,the kinetic equations are hyperbolic type and the catalyst grain of the methanol synthesis are regarded to be isothermal.The numerical calculations of efficiency factors are coincided with the experiment results.
