    新型水煤浆气化炉内洗涤冷却管的温度分布

    Temperature Distribution in the Scrubbing-Cooling Tube of the New Type Coal Slurry Gasifier

    • 摘要: 对新型水煤浆气化炉洗涤冷却室进行了热模实验研究,并用F luent商业软件对其中的洗涤冷却管内温度分布进行了三维数值模拟,模拟值与热模实验值吻合较好。对实验和模拟结果的分析得到,高温气体经过洗涤冷却环时就开始显著降温,在洗涤冷却环与洗涤冷却管的交接处,即冷却水的出口部位,热质传递最为激烈,导致温度急剧下降。在距洗涤冷却环下方约0.15 m处,气体温度已降至热质传递的平衡值附近。本文研究内容为新型洗涤冷却室工业放大提供了设计依据。

       

      Abstract: A hot-model experiment equipment of new type coal slurry gasifier was established.The temperature distribution in the scrubbing-cooling chamber was studied.With the commercial software Fluent,the three-dimension temperature distribution in the scrubbing-cooling tube was simulated.The result of the numerical simulation is well agreed with that of the experiments.According to the result from experiment and simulation,the temperature of syngas with high temperature is declined dramatically when it is passing through the scrubber-cooling ring.At the joint of the scrubber-cooling ring and the scrubbing-cooling tube,namely the outlet of the cooling water,the mass and heat transfer is very severe,and the temperature is dropped rapidly.At the distance of about 0.15 m from the scrubber-cooling ring,the gas temperature is developed.The model and conclusion drawn from this paper provide the design basis for the industrial scale-up.
