    石油砜的应用研究——作为溶剂用于6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮的合成

    Petroleum sulfone as solvent in the synthesis of 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one from 1-chloro-3-methyl-2-butene

    • 摘要: 本文研究以石油砜作为非质子极性溶剂的可能性。以2-甲基-4-氯-2-丁烯与丙酮作用合成6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮(Ⅰ)为例进行探荣。结果表明,有石油砜存在时,产品得率由27%提高到53%,如再加少量水和相转移催化剂,Ⅰ的得率为62%,与使用环丁砜为溶剂时所得收率相同。

       

      Abstract: The adoption of petroleum sulfone as a solvent in the synthesis of 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one from 1-chloro-3-methyl-2-butene was investigated. Results show its power isefficient. The yield of the product was 52% in the presence of the sulfone instead of27% at its absence. In addition, the yield may further be raised to 62% by using aphase transfer catalyst and a small amount of water at the same time.
