    氮氧化物水吸收过程的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of NOx Gases Absorption in Water

    • 摘要: 分析了氮氧化物水吸收过程主要化学反应的特点,并据此提出了影响该吸收过程的基本规律;建立了基于反应速率的平衡级理论模型并用于反应吸收过程,实例验证了该模型计算结果的正确性,并分析了主要工艺条件温度、压力、氧气含量对NOx吸收过程的影响规律,为氮氧化物水吸收过程的设计和操作提供理论指导。

       

      Abstract: Several most important reactions of the process were analyzed, and the basic laws about the operation parameters on the effect of absorption operation were proposed. Meanwhile, the equilibrium stage model based on reaction rate was developed and used for the actual example of the absorption process of NOx gas. The calculation results verified the correctness of the model. Several parameters such as temperature, pressure and oxygen content were studied on the absorption process in another case, which proved this model could be used for the design and operation of the absorption process of nitric gases in water.
