多重射流燃烧反应器制备纳米TiO2颗粒的过程研究

摘要: 利用自行设计开发的多重射流燃烧反应器,通过氢气和空气预混合和辅助燃烧方法,以四氯化钛作为前驱体气相水解合成了纳米二氧化钛颗粒,借助于TEM,XRD和BET比表面积测试等方法研究了工艺条件对纳米二氧化钛粒径、形貌以及晶型的影响。纳米T iO2颗粒呈球形,粒径在16~34 nm,分布大体均匀。比表面积在34~121 m2/g范围内可控,金红石质量分数在0.09~0.62范围内可控。其粒度、比表面积及晶型结构等可以通过工艺条件进行控制。Abstract: TiO_2 nanoparticles were produced by gas phase hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride in a multi-jet flame reactor using premixed H_2/air flame and assisted combustion.The effects of operating parameters on particle size,morphology and crystallinity were investigated using TEM,XRD,and BET surface area analyzer.The operating conditions may be varied to produce the desired particles of 16~34 nm in(diameter,) 34~121 m/g in specific surface area and 0.09~0.62 in rutile mass fraction.The nanoparticles were spherical in shape and uniformly distributed within the narrow size range.
