    滴流床小颗粒催化剂气相传质系数的研究

    Study of Gas-Phase Mass Transfer Coefficients in Trickle Beds with Small Particles

    • 摘要: 采用NaOH-SO_2-空气系统,在液相中进行瞬时不可逆反应,研究了滴流床小颗粒的气相容积传质系数k_Gα。实验结果表明:气液间的传质过程与液体的流型有着密切关系。实验得到工况条件下滴流区和脉动区k_Gα与气速、液速、颗粒大小及液相物性的关联式。

       

      Abstract: The volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficients regarding gas absorption in liquid accompanied by instantaneous irreversible reactions for NaOH-SO_2-air system in trickle beds with small particles were determined. Experimental results show that the mass transfer rate in trickle-flow region and pulse-flow region is closely related to the flow patterns of liquids. The correlations of k_Ga with gas flow rate, liquid flow rate, particle size and physical properties of the two fluids are obtained. The experimental conditions were kept as same as those employed in commercial practice.
