摘要

摘要: 概述了用微载体系统培养贴壁细胞放大过程中的接种方法，研究了球转球的工艺条件，并建立了球转球的动力学模型。用此方法成功地在国产５０Ｌ生物反应器中培养Ｖｅｒｏ细胞，细胞密度达１．１×１０＾７ｃｅｌｌｓ／ｍＬ。
