    Engineering Scaling-up Rules of Stirring Ball Mill in Grinding Graphite Powders

    • 摘要: 以天然鳞片状石墨原料粉(325目),通过搅拌球磨机湿法磨细至d50=0.2μm的超细颗粒,并保持良好的片状形貌。研究了该过程从小试一步放大150 ̄200倍到中试的规律,提出了在几何相似的前提下,摩擦力相似或粉碎功相似的准则,实验数据验证了了述放大规律。

       

      Abstract: The raw powder of natural scale graphite(325 meshes) was ground into ultrafine particles of d_50=0.2um(d_100<1um) by the method of stirring ball mill and its better morphology of laminate could be maintained. The process of scalingup 150~200 times from bench test to pilot test by onestep was studied and the rules of frictional force alike or pulverizatioal power in unit volume alike based on geometry alike were obtained. Experimental data examined the scalingup rules above.
