    Morphology and Structure of TiO_2 Nanoparticles Preparation with Gas Combustion

    • 摘要: 建立了 CO气相燃烧合成纳米颗粒材料技术 ,利用 Ti Cl4 气相氧化合成粒度小于 1 0 0 nm的纯金红石相以及锐钛和金红石混合相的 Ti O2 颗粒。当混合温度升高、Ti Cl4 进料量减少、停留时间减小时 ,Ti O2 颗粒粒度减小。随混合温度升高、Ti Cl4 进料增大以及停留时间延长 ,Ti O2 颗粒中金红石含量增大。在反应物中加入 Al Cl3 作为晶型调节剂时 ,Ti O2 颗粒粒度减小 ,金红石含量增大。在 Al Cl3 含量 w>0 .0 5时 ,金红石达到 1 0 0 %

       

      Abstract: The preparation technology of TiO 2 nanoparticles was investigated with gas combustion of CO with O 2. The mean particle size of TiO 2 particles synthesized by the oxidation of TiCl 4 is less than 100nm, of which the crystal is rutile or a mixture of rutile and anatase. The mean particle size of TiO 2 particles decreases with increasing mixing temperature, decreasing TiCl 4 concentration and residence time. The mass fraction of rutile in the TiO 2 particles synthesized increases with increasing TiCl 4 concentration and residence time. The mean particle size decreases and the rutile fraction increases when TiO 2 is doped by Al 2O 3.
