    • 摘要: 本文用国产742#大孔强酸性离子交换树脂对胜利直馏柴油中的碱性氮化物进行了分离和分析。求出了在国产CRC-1分子筛裂化催化剂上轻燃料油反应网络的反应速率常数,並求得2-乙基呲啶、异喹啉、8-羟基喹啉这三种碱性氮化物在催化剂上的吸附常数,分别为45.56、37.00、23.40(克碱性氮/克催化剂)。实际柴油中的碱氮吸附常数是42。

       

      Abstract: By No. 742 resin, a domestic product of macroporous cation exchanger, the basic nitrogen compounds, a catalyst poison, were isolated from shengli straight-run gas oil, and the analyses concerned were made. A set of rate constants and adsorption coefficients of certain nitrogen compounds on CRC-1 molecular sieve for light fuel oil cracking network has also been obtained. The respective coefficients of 2-ethyl pyridine, isoquinoline and 8-hydroxyquinoline are 45.46, 37.00 and 23.40 (g basic nitrogen/g catalyst)~(-1). But the real adsorption coefficient of the basic nitrogen compounds present is actually 42.
