    脱油沥青气化炉内气化反应数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Gasification Reaction in De-oiled Asphalt Gasifier

    • 摘要: 对以脱油沥青(DOA)为原料的气流床气化炉内多相反应流动进行了数值模拟,考察了氧油质量比、蒸汽加入量和气化压力对气化性能的影响。结果表明:随氧油质量比(mO2/mDOA)增大,气化炉内温度逐渐升高;当mO2/mDOA=0.93时,有效气含率达到最大值0.837。随蒸汽量增大,气化炉出口气体温度降低,而有效气含率在蒸汽、油质量比(mH2O/mDOA)为0.48时达到最大值;操作压力对气化炉出口有效气含量和温度影响很小。

       

      Abstract: The multiphase reaction flow in entrained flow gasifiers using de-oiled asphalt (DOA) as feedstock was studied by numerical simulation. The influences of mO2/mDOA, mH2O/mDOA and gasifier pressure on gasifier characteristics were discussed. The results show that with the increasing of mO2/mDOA, the gas temperature increases. The volume fraction of CO and H2 reaches maximum(0.837), when mO2/mDOA is 0.93. With the increasing of mH2O/mDOA, the gas temperature decreases, and the proportion of effective gases (CO+H2) reaches maximum when mH2O/mDOA is 0.48. The operation pressure has little effect on gasifier outlet gas composition and temperature.
