    羟基磷灰石陶瓷凝胶浇注成型工艺研究

    Investigation on the Gelcasting Process of Hydroxylapatite Ceramics

    • 摘要: 采用凝胶浇注成型工艺制备了羟基磷灰石陶瓷坯体,研究了单体、引发剂、催化剂、固相物含量及干燥工艺等因素对羟基磷灰石陶瓷坯体特性的影响,并比较了不同成型工艺制备的烃基磷灰石陶瓷坯体的物理性能和显微结构。研究表明:凝胶浇注成型工艺是一种适合于制备高强度复杂形状陶瓷坯体的原位成型工艺,采用合适的料浆组成与干燥工艺可制备抗弯强度高达50MPa的羟基磷灰石陶瓷坯体。

       

      Abstract: Hydroxylapatite ceramic compacts were prepared by the gelcasting process.The effects of monomer,initiator,catalyst,content of solid in slurry and drying technique on the properties of hydroxylapatite ceramic compacts were investigated in details.The physical properties and micro structure of hydroxylapatite ceramic compacts prepared by different processes were also investigated.The results showed that the gelcasting process is appropriate for preparing hydroxylapatite ceramic compacts with complex shape and high flexural strength(50MPa).
