Abstract:
Based on elasticity, the radial stress distribution and deformation on the teeth were studied for the conic thread connection with interference by thickcylinder theory, and a new calculation model was established through the theoretical analysis. A calculating example for APIP110S Φ 88.9 mm oil tube indicates that this method is practicable. Compared with the result obtained by the finite element analysis, the model estabilished has high accuracy. The model deprived in this paper offers a new way for the calculation of stress and deformation of the conic thread connection.
