    Dynamic Surface Tension and the Mass Transfer Coefficient of Cupric Ion Flotation

    • 摘要: 应用单泡吸附模型处理铜离子浮选的动力学,提出了测定动态表面张力数据求算该浮选过程传质系数K_2的新方法。研究了溶液的酸度对传质系数k_2的影响,所求得的最佳酸度(pH=5.0)与实验结果完全一致。发现在pH=2~5的范围内,k2与浮选实验值kexp.2存在良好的线性关系。

       

      Abstract: The single bubble adsorption model was used to treat the kinetics of cupric ion flotation, and a new method was suggested that the mass transfer coefficients of cupric ion flotation k2 could be caculated by the dynamic surface tension measurement. The influence of the acidity of solution on the mass transfer coefficient was studied. It was indicated that the optimum acidity was in good agreement with the experimental data.In the pH range of 2 to 5,a good linear relation between k2 and kexp.2 was found.
