    Recovery of Acetic Acid from Diluent Aqueous Solution by Solvent Extraction

    • 摘要: 研究了三烷基(C_(7~9))胺(N_(235))、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)及其混合溶剂在稀溶液中萃取醋酸及醋酸与硝酸、甲基丙烯酸的行为和性质,测定并关联了液液平衡数据。从醋酸水溶液和乙二醛氧化液中回收与除去醋酸用N_(235)-TBP混合溶剂较好,处理甲基丙烯酸的废水溶液用TBP较好。分离的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂配比,20%(v)N_(235)-80%(v)TBP;温度,298K;平衡时间约30s;相比为1;四级逆流萃取。溶剂用真空精馏法回收。研究了TBP萃取醋酸的机理,得到萃合比为1及萃合物结构式。

       

      Abstract: Methods to recover acetic acid from diluent aqueous solution, glyoxal and waste water of producing methacrylic acid have been developed. A new process to extract HAc is to use a mixed solvent consisting of tertiary amine and tributyl phosphate. Various factors such as composition of the mixed solvents, concentrations of HAc, (HAc + HNO_3) and (HAc + MAA), contact time, and temperature were studied.The data of liquid-liquid equilibrium have been measured and related. A preliminary discussion of the extractive mechanism is also outlined.
