    Rational Screening of L-Glutamate Oxidase (GO) Producing Strains and Submerged Fermentation

    • 摘要: 采用HNO_2诱变、平皿显色与理性化筛选方法,获得一株L-谷氨酸氧化酶高产稳定菌株Streptomyces sp.N_514。建立了液体发酵产酶的条件,考察了辅加成分对酶合成的影响。

       

      Abstract: Using red spots development and rational screening method, along with mutagenesis, the mutant Streptomyces sp.N_5 14 was obtained, which productivity of GO was 19 folds more than its parent strain sp. 26 and stable after transferring 15 generations. The conditions of GO producing in submerged fermentation were set up and various factors which influence the productivity of GO were studied.
