    Application of a Single-event Method for Kinetic Model of Delayed Coking Ⅱ.Reaction Rate Parameters

    • 摘要: 通过对热裂解基本反应步骤的分析,得到其反应动力学常数只与反应前后分子特性有关,而与反应分子的大小无关。通过文献数据求得基本反应速率常数,进而在已建立的延迟焦化主反应网络基础上,计算出反应网络各个分子间的反应动力学参数,为延迟焦化动力学模型的建立奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: According to the analysis of the basic reaction steps of thermal cracking, it is the reaction fore-and-aft molecule characteristics that affect the reaction kinetic coefficient, not the size of reaction molecules. The work which build the base of kinetic model of delayed coking gets the basic reaction rate coefficient according to the literature data, and on the base of set-up delayed coking reaction network, the reaction kinetic parameters among each molecule in reaction network can be calculated.
