Abstract:
Two reaction subsystems of flexible dualriser fluid catalytic crackling(FDFCC) process, heavy oil and gasoline FCC reaction system, were studied. A -12-lump kinetic model for heavy oil FCC and a 9-lump one for gasoline FCC were presented based on the reaction mechanism and the industrial operation parameters. The mathematical correlation between the two models was analyzed in detail for FDFCC process. A combined kinetic model for FDFCC was established and verified by two sets of commercial data with different feedstocks and operating conditions. The results showed that the model-calculated values were close to those of the industrial data. The model could predict the unit production well and guide the optimization of the operating conditions for FDFCC process.
