    Investigation on possibility of using liquid-liquid dispersion data of BSTR* design CSTR

    • 摘要: 本文结合聚碳酸酯液-液聚合反应釜的放大工作,探讨了将间歇搅拌釜的液-液分散性质数据用于设计连续搅拌釜的可能性。通过分析和实验表明:只要合理设计反应器的进出料口位置,使连续操作中釜内相比不发生变化,并等于设计的进料相比,则已知的间歇搅拌釜的分散性质同于连续操作条件下的性质,而可以直接用于连续搅拌反应釜的设计。

       

      Abstract: It is necessary and possible to use liquid-liquid dispersion data of BSTR to design CSTR. It has been shown analitically and experimentally in this paper that if inlet and outlet positions of reactor is reasonably designed, liquid-liquid dispersion data of BSTR will be the same as that of CSTR, and can be directly used to design CSTR. The results have been used in the process development of polycarbonate, and the design of CSTR for polymerization.
