    Study on Asbestos-Free Friction Materials

    • 摘要: 经较详尽的试验对比,钢纤维增强的摩阻材料的摩擦学性能和机械性能,都优于硅酸铝纤维和无碱玻璃纤维增强的材料。提供了利用正交设计法筛选配方的方法,得到优化的半金属摩阻材料的配方。利用近代表面分析工具对半金属摩阻材料的表面和磨屑进行观察分析,并探讨了磨屑的形成机理。

       

      Abstract: By detailed measurement and comparison, it is found that the tribological and mechanical properties of friction materials reinforced with steel fiber are superior to those with aluminum silicate fiber or neutral glass fiber. With the aid of the orthogonal design method, a concrete method of prescription formulation as well as some useful prescriptions of the semi-metal friction material were presented. Using modem analytical tools, the surface and the wear debris were analyzed and the mechanism of debris formation was discussed.
