    波形折流杆换热器的工业实验研究

    Industrial Investigation of Heat Exchanger with Curve-ROD Baffle

    • 摘要: 对波形折流杆换热器的传热性能和壳程流体阻力性能进行了工业实验研究,管程流体为工业热醋酸,壳程流体采用循环冷却水。通过实验得到了该换热器在设计工况下的总传热系数,并应用修正的威尔逊图解法得到了管程、壳程传热准数关系式。

       

      Abstract: An industrial investigation of heat exchanger with curve-ROD baffle was carried into execution. The shell-side and tube-side heat transfer and pressure drop were studied. The hot acetic acid was in the tube-side while the cold water was in the shell-side. Through data processing, the total heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger was obtained in the design working condition. Meanwhile, modified Wilson graphic method was adopted to obtain the correlation between Nu and Re for tube-side and shell-side.
