    Influence of Impeller Geometry Parameters on Performance of a Multistage Centrifugal Pump

    • 摘要: 用分离涡模拟方法对多级离心泵整机流场进行了模拟,用该方法得到的预测值与实验值吻合较好。采用分离涡模拟法考察叶片出口角、叶片包角、叶轮出口宽度和叶片数对离心泵性能的影响。结果表明在模拟的流量范围内,叶片出口角、叶片出口宽度、叶片数与泵的扬程正相关,叶片包角与泵扬程负相关。

       

      Abstract: The performance of centrifugal pumps are affected by impeller geometry parameters. Detached Eddy Simulation (DES) was used to simulate the flow field of a multistage centrifugal pump. The obtained numerical results are compared with the experimental ones, and the outcome shows an acceptable agreement. In order to investigate the effect of structural parameters on the pump performance, this numerical solution is carried out for different cases of impeller geometry, such as outlet angel, wrap angle, outlet width and blade numbers. The results showed that the outlet angle, outlet width, blade numbers were positive correlated with head, while wrap angle was negative correlated with head.
