    Energy Conversion Efficiency of Scroll Compressor-Expander Unit

    • 摘要: 涡旋型线的齿端修正对涡旋机械的性能有着重要影响。本文采用两段圆弧修正的方法对涡旋式压缩 膨胀复合机的涡盘进行齿端型线修正。用能量转换效率作为评价指标,研究了不同负载和不同进气压力条件下复合机膨胀过程的性能。试验结果表明,型线修正后能有效增加复合机中心腔的吸气容积,提高复合机的主轴轴功率及能量转换效率,为进一步的结构优化设计提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: The correction of end profile plays a key role on the performance of the scroll machinery. The paper provides a method of double circular arc correction and its effect on the performance of the scroll compressor expander unit is investigated. A new assessment criterion of energy conversion efficiency is defined and different conditions including the supply pressure and the loads are considered in the experiment. Results show that the shaft power and the energy conversion efficiency can be improved effectively, which is caused by the increase of the suction chamber volume after the profile correction. It gives a basis for the further structure optimal design.
