    沉积动力学方程对银快离子玻璃中银沉积的研究

    A study on silver deposition in silver fast ion glass by kinetics equation of deposition

    • 摘要: 借助电子探针显微分析法,用沉积动力学方程,研究了AgIAg_4P_2O_7、AgIAg_2OB_2O_2、AgIAg_2OP_1O_5B_1O_3银快离子玻璃系统中样品的银沉积问题。发现在电子束轰击下,银计数率随时间的变化实验曲线与理论拟台曲线一致,沉积动力学方程能较好地适合银快离子玻璃。对银快离子玻璃中银的沉积物理过程进行了探讨解释,在电子束注入电子的外电场和试样内离子浓差、局域极化内电场作用下,银离子不断迁移、沉积,达到极限值。

       

      Abstract: Silver deposition in AgI-Ag_4P_2O_7, AgI-Ag_2O-B_2O_3 and AgI-Ag_2O-P_2O_5-B_2O_3 was studied by using EPMA and a kinetic equation of deposition. It was found that the kinetics equation can fit well the time dependence of the silver counts during electron bombardment. The Processes of the silver deposition were explained: Under the Co-action of the external electric field caused by the electron beams and the internal field with consistency difference of ions and local polarization in the samples, the silver ions deposited gradually until a saturation limit was attained.
