    Process of Paraffin Wax Oxidation without Catalysts

    • 摘要: 对石蜡无催化剂氧化改性工艺进行了研究,考察了反应温度,空气流量和反应时间对石蜡氧化过程的影响,在适当的反应条件下,可以得到不同性能要求的氧化蜡产品。此外,对氧化蜡的性质与组成进行了分析,并对石蜡的氧化尾气进行了处理。

       

      Abstract: The process of paraffin wax oxidation without catalysts was studied. The effect of temperature, air velocity and reaction time on the process of oxidation were researched. And the oxidized paraffin wax of different properties can be obtained under proper reaction conditions. Meanwhile, the characters and compositions of the oxidized paraffin wax were investigated. Moreover, a effective measure to deal with the waste gas of paraffin wax oxidation was taken.
